Ans – Chinna’s mother asked him to return the extra money because it was not theirs and keeping it would be like stealing. She wanted him to be honest. This teaches us that we should always be truthful and never keep something that does not belong to us.
2. What are the safety rules we should follow while walking on the road?
Ans – We should always walk on the footpath. We should use the zebra crossing to cross the road. We should look right, then left, and again right before crossing. We should follow traffic lights and never play or use headphones on the road. We should also hold an adult’s hand while crossing.
3. How did the old stag’s friends help him when he was sick? What lesson did they learn?
Ans – When the old stag was sick, his friends came to visit him. But they ate all the tender grass on the hillock, leaving none for the stag. Later, they realized their mistake and brought fresh leaves for him. They also stayed away from the hillock so the grass could grow back.
