इसमें Human Physiology सबसे अधिक 18 अंकों का unit है, जबकि Unit I और Unit III के लिए 15-15 अंक निर्धारित हैं।

इस unit में जीव-जगत की विविधता, वर्गीकरण और विभिन्न पादप एवं जंतु समूहों का अध्ययन किया जाता है।
